Service Supervisor
We are looking for a talented PG Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in service for our Cummins� business in Manassas, VA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supervision and Coordination:ÌýOversee Service Technicians and Service Team Leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication of repair plans aligned with customer quotes.
Coaching and Development:ÌýProvide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to Service Technicians and Team Leaders, fostering their professional growth.
Technical Support:ÌýOffer first-level support to Service Technicians, escalating technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Service Logistics Management:ÌýManage the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations.
Accurate Quoting:ÌýDevelop and review quotes for accuracy, keeping customers informed about repair status and any changes to plans or schedules.
Continuous Improvement:ÌýParticipate in continuous improvement activities, adapting processes to meet evolving customer expectations and organizational goals.
Repair Monitoring:ÌýTrack the status of open repairs, addressing any issues that could impact the timely completion of repair plans.
Customer Satisfaction:ÌýMonitor branch goals and targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve warranty concerns, and build strong relationships through professional communication.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
